As a student resource at Realgymnasiet, you will mostly follow a student in his schooling to support learning. You will attend lessons, be present during breaks, accompany the student on internships, and much more. You will work closely together during the days, and this student needs to trust that you are a support for everything to work as well as possible. There will also be a lot of collaboration with the staff group (teachers and student health team) to make everyday life function in the best possible way for your student.

You will be an educational support for a high school student by keeping track of study planning during the day, week, and long term. During lessons, it is important to assist the student in getting started, maintaining focus, and concluding the lesson.

The student resource needs to be able to transform instructions into a form that the student understands and can progress with, as well as having various tools and strategies to support students when needed, especially when they may feel stuck. It is important to establish a professional relationship with students while also setting boundaries.

Qualifications
